Where would you go to fulfill your Wishes and Dreams? Not necessarily a Physical location, your design could be a Fairy Tale, Nursery Rhyme, or a Fantasy Location. It must however, be defined; as to what the judges are looking at and should be consistent throughout the entry.

General Info:
Working with the Kidney Foundation of West Tennessee is a great opportunity for us! If you have never attended the Chocolate Fantasy, there are about 1000 participants who pay to sample chocolates or desserts. These paying guests are given a wrist band so the dessert providers know who can sample the desserts.  And then there is the General Public shopping at the mall...lots of folks!
As a part of our participation, for the loads of free advertising we are receiving, we are asked to require that each of our exhibitors provide a minimum of 300 samples of desserts or a treat. These treats must be presented in 2 oz. cups (Plastic Dressing Cups) to be served during the Chocolate Fantasy. They do not HAVE to be Chocolate. You may also have your business cards on hand.  Remember, 300 are required, however the participants who pay for a wrist band through the Kidney Foundation, usually number in the 1000 range. So if you are out of samples, you will have nothing to offer folks in the name of your company. Each exhibitor will have a different table to exhibit and promote their desserts. Your judged exhibits will be on different tables.
Our focus will be on helping the Kidney Foundation of West Tennessee and Icing Smiles of Tn.
